Hi there,

I have just received a 3D printer from one of your resellers “Smart3D” and I am having trouble printing some of the MiiCraft samples including “Eiffel_Tower”, “Hexball”, and “Taipei101”.

The error I get comes up in the Python shell as follows:

I have a feeling this could have something to do with the altered software that Smart 3D use. Is anyone familiar with this software? Do they also load a different software package on to the Arduino Mega? Does anyone know where I can download the original software?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
