I have used the Miicraft Builder to print jewelry for1 year, everything was good. But after that I have problem I can not open the program. Then I installed program Miicraft builder in to my 2 laptop and both show failure when doing slicer 20%. I checked the file, my file is good no bad edges and it shows thumb up.And I tried my old file I used to do slicer and success before but I still failure.
I don’t know it because of my license or what. I use high spec laptop too, still show failure.
I sent email to sales@miicraft.com and they reply me sp slow. And still can not fix. Please help me to fix it ASAp because I need to print it for customer very soon. Thank you.
